Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)

PTSD: Healing from the Inside Out

Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) can develop after experiencing or witnessing a traumatic event. It often leaves individuals feeling stuck in a cycle of fear, hypervigilance, intrusive memories, nightmares, and emotional numbness. Everyday situations can trigger overwhelming responses, making it difficult to feel safe, connected, or in control.

PTSD isn’t just “in your head”—it’s a brain and nervous system response that can persist long after the trauma has passed.

How Neurofeedback Can Help

Neurofeedback works by helping the brain move out of a constant state of survival. Through real-time feedback on brainwave activity, it teaches the brain how to self-regulate, reducing the intensity of trauma responses over time. This gentle, non-invasive approach can lead to improved sleep, reduced anxiety, and a greater sense of emotional stability and safety.

Many clients with PTSD report feeling more grounded, less reactive, and better able to engage in life again.

You deserve peace after pain.
